3. Can non-swimmers participate?

We encourage swimming, as the activities take place in deeper pools. Nevertheless, non-swimmers are welcome to join in the fun by utilizing life vests available on-site and enjoying the shallower areas.

4.  Can children participate?

Yes, children are welcome, generally from the age of 6 and up. However, please note that some activities may present challenges for younger children. It’s essential to evaluate their physical ability and comfort level with water activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

5. Are there bathrooms and changing facilities?

Yes, both Dunn's River Falls White River Tubing have bathrooms and changing facilities available for visitors. 

6. What happens if it rains?

Tours can proceed in light rain; however, please be aware that heavy rain or storms may lead to cancellation or rescheduling to ensure everyone’s safety.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Any cancellations after this time or no-shows on the day will not be refunded.
